Felony Drug Case Victory 061423

            Minnesota Criminal Defense Attorney Lynne Torgerson obtained a Stay of Adjudication in a felony drug case in Sherburne County.  The defendant, a 28 year old Hispanic male, was charged with felony controlled substance crime.  Very fortunately, Ms. Torgerson obtained the resolution of a Stay of Adjudication.  This means that there will be no conviction, and it will not go on his criminal record.  Excellent result.  This also preserves the defendant’s ability to seek an expungement in the future.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
