Minnesota Gun Rights Restoration Lawyer Lynne Torgerson wins gun rights restoration in Blue Earth County

Minnesota Second Amendment Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won another gun rights restoration case, this time in Blue Earth County, State of Minnesota.  Ms. Torgerson’s client, as a child, a juvenile, had been adjudicated of a felony crime of violence.  He was thus prohibited for life from possessing firearms.  The Court, The Honorable Kurt Johnson presiding, found good cause for restoration, on the grounds that Petitioner was not a risk to public safety, that he wanted to be able to protect his home and property should the need arise, and engage in hunting and recreational shooting, and the prohibitory offense occurred approximately 28 years earlier.  Additionally, the Court found that Petitioner had been living as a law abiding citizen for 20 years, had a stable family and work life, and was an asset to his community.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
