McCarr, Hennepin County District Court.  She was also the recipient of the Honorable Charles Amdahl Scholarship.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Torgerson, Esq. obtained a coveted position as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Ralph J. Geffen, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, Central District of California, in downtown Los Angeles, California.
