Minnesota Gun Rights Restoration Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won restoration of gun rights in the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota.
Petitioner was now 44 years old. As a child, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, dirt bikes, and trapping. On a long term basis, he has been working in the railroad industry. He had only one disqualifying offense, in regard to possession of firearms. It was from when he was a juvenile teenager. He and some friends broke into a school and engaged in some vandalism. Petitioner, now approximately 25 years later, wanted to have his Second Amendment rights restored. He also wanted to be able to go hunting. Finding good cause, the St. Louis County District Court granted restoration. Well done Ms. Torgerson.
