012923 Restoration of firearms’ rights

Minnesota Gun Rights Restoration Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won restoration of gun rights in the County of Benton, State of Minnesota.  Petitioner is now 43 years old.  He has been married 20 years.  Petitioner has 1 teenage son.  Petitioner owns his own home.  Petitioner, is gainfully employed as a Construction Manager, and with the same company 7 years.  Petitioner does not use illegal drugs.  He has never had any mental health hospitalizations or commitments.  His  disqualifying convictions are from when he was a juvenile.  Since then, he turned his life around.  He has given back to the community by volunteering in various capacities.  Finding good cause, the Benton County District Court restored Petitioner’s gun rights.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
